पत्नी के द्वारा सताया गया पति का योग दिवस


योग दिवस को मैं कुछ इस तरह माना रहा हूँ,
रात उसके पैर दबाये थे अब पौछा लगा रहा  हूँ । 

धो रहा हूँ बर्तन ओर बना रहा हूँ चपाती,
मेरे खयाल से ये ही होती  है कपालभाती ।

एक हाथ से पैसे दे कर दूजे हाथ मे समान ला रहा हु मैं,
ओर इस प्रक्रिया को अनुलोम विलोम बता रहा हु मैं ।

सुबह से ही मैं घर के सारे काम कर रहा हूँ,
बस इसी तरह से यारों प्राणायाम कर रहा हूँ ।

मेरी सारी गलतियों की जालिम ऐसी सजा देती है,
योगो का महायोग अर्थात मुर्गा बना देती  है ।

हे मोदी हे रामदेव अगर आप ग्रहस्थी बसाते,
तो हम योग दिवस नही मनाते बल्कि पत्नी दिवस मनाते ।

1) PIZZA :- YES IT'S TRUE THAT PIZZA IS NOT GOOD FOR OUR HEALTH. IT IS ONE OF THE UNHEALTHY FOOD. IT CONTAINS A LARGE AMOUNT OF CALORIES. THE INGREDIENTS ARE NOT SO GOOD. LIKE FLOOR MEAT ETC. IT IS EASY TO COOK AT HOME. SO YOU CAN AVOID HIGH BRANDED PIZZA'S IN PLACE OF HOME MADE.

2) FRUIT JUICES :- WE THOUGHT THAT FRUIT JUICES ARE HEALTHY. BUT MOSTLY IT CONTAINS SUGAR WATER RATHER THAN FRUIT FLAVOR.

3) PASTRIES CAKES ETC. :- THE INGREDIENTS OF CAKES PASTRIES ARE REFINED WHEAT FLOUR AND SUGAR ETC, THAT'S WHY IT IS NOT HEALTHY FOR OUR BODY.

4) ICE CREAM :- ICE CREAM ARE VERY DELICIOUS BUT IT IS HEART BREAKING THAT THESE ICE CREAMS ARE NOT HEALTHY FOR US. IT CONTAINS HIGH CALORIES. TAKING IT AFTER DINNER AS A DESSERT IS ALSO BAD FOR BODY. MAKE ICE CREAM AT HOME FOR YOUR GOOD HEALTH.

Modi says yoga is ‘health assurance’

Leading the second International Day of Yoga here on Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi pitched the ancient Indian discipline as a viable solution for countries with low health budgets.
“Yoga is equivalent to health assurance. Countries with poor health budgets should invest in yoga for preventive health measures and they can save a lot of money. It has become essential that everyone says ‘yes’ to yoga. We cannot wait any longer. Embrace yoga and make it a part of your life,” said Mr. Modi, underlining that the practice of yoga was necessary for healthy living.
Over 30,000 people took part in a 45-minute yoga session at the Capitol Complex.
Mr. Modi arrived at 6.30 a.m., dressed in a white T-shirt and trousers and a scarf, to participate in a mass demonstration of “Common Yoga Protocol”. He joined defence, ITBP and Punjab Armed Police personnel and students who were among the participants, after a brief interaction with a 150-strong contingent of differently abled people.
In his 25-minute address, he pitched yoga for atheists, and urged all practitioners to focus on diabetes prevention this year. “Without dragging it into controversies, we should all embrace yoga. It is a huge economic opportunity and will create a lot of jobs internationally for yoga gurus. I urge all practitioners to focus on diabetes and yoga this year. India has become the diabetes capital of the world and we could use yoga to control it. Next year, we will focus on another disease. We should address any one disease every year,” he said concluding his speech.
The Prime Minister announced two new yoga awards — national and international — which will be given away by the Union government next year.

He said the International Day of Yoga had become a mass movement like no other in the world. “No other ‘day’ declared by the United Nations has ever received the acceptance and encouragement as IDY across the world. I feel pride in the fact that our ancestor’s gift has been introduced to the world,” he said.

Ranthambore National Park

It was chilled weather when we visited Ranthambore National Park in January 2011. We reached in Sawai Madhopur Railway Station 2 o ‘clock at night. The weather is very cold in Rajasthan. The next day we did safari in Ranthambore National Park in search of TIGER. Have hope to see the big cat but there is no one for us. Still it is interesting safari because we all are very scared. Next day we visited some temples. The place was good to visit in winter. Guys just go for it.

It was amazing experience when we 5 FRINDS visited Nainital and Ranikhet in Uttaranchal Pradesh. It was the starting of FRIENDSHIP and BONDING among us. Our day started with full of happiness in side of us and excitement of new life to visit INDIA beyond the reach of families and tensions of day to day life.
